JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION RV Window Production Associate JOB LOCATION Bloomer, Wisconsin STARTING DATE Immediate EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp-to-Hire EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift (6:30am5:00pm, Mon-Thur) STARTING PAY \$18.00/hour BENEFITS Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED preferred REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Previous manufacturing experience preferred Associates will be working in a warehouse setting producing and manufacturing windows. You will be part of a team where ideally you are cross trained into various positions. Some duties will include loading windows and handling production supplies and materials, cleaning glass, and other general miscellaneous warehouse duties including building frames for the windows and cleanup. We are looking for someone who enjoys going to work daily and learning multiple tasks and job duties. An ideal candidate will have a solid work history and be committed to excellent attendance. Responsibilities Flexibility to cross train Read a tape measure, caliper and other tools Basic computer skills, proficiency with Windows and Android operating systems Maintain a clean and safe work environment Detail oriented Able to maintain quality standards Able to read and interpret work orders Work mandatory overtime as needed ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Make windows for RV\'s, Campers, Buses, Semi\'s and more!
