The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the most important production sites for group shampoos. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie® and Old Spice®. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology of the cosmetics industry. The ITOT Manager (Information Technology, Operational Technology) manages the technical execution according to local needs defined in the plant's strategy but also according to the company's global field of intervention.

From IT & OT operational excellence to digitalization and information security, you oversee all ITOT operations on the site and collaborate with the various stakeholders. Your areas of responsibility are as follows:

  • Incident Management & Resolution : Demonstrate accountability and ownership to lead most technical incidents to resolution within technical area and work with relevant team (IT operation, partners and Local Business experts) to resolve more complex or cross-technology incidents (i.e. local troubleshooting in case of operational issues with manufacturing/Warehousing solutions or network outages).

  • Continuous improvement : Identify opportunities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT/OT operations and work closely with IT Operations Leader.

  • Change Management/Implementation : Responsible for implementing and leading IT/OT Change management for the site (review, approve, control quality of execution)

  • Governance of operational partners on the site: You supervise and collaborate with the local / global operational resources who ensure the IT operations on the site. You also perform with excellence the internal controls and audits related to your scope of responsibilities. You support the local audit on all IT subjects.

  • Digital Capability Improvement : Elaborate with operations leaders the plan to develop digital skills for everyone.

  • Define site Digitalization journey : you will have to define and execute the 3-year digitalization transformation within the site accordingly to our key focus areas.

Job Qualifications

Are you the candidate we are looking for?

  • You are passionate about IT infrastructure and Digital technologies.

  • You have skills in the field of servers/networks/firewalls.

  • You are proactive on technical subjects and show leadership.

  • You are recognized for your flexibility and adaptability.

  • You have a Master's / Engineering degree in IT, Engineering, etc.

  • You already have a few years of relevant work experience.

  • You are proficient in French and English
