Reome Electrical and General Contractor Construction Laborer The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the construction industry while working alongside skilled professionals.

Qualifications: Previous experience in general labor or construction is a plus but not required. Ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Knowledge of basic tools and equipment used in construction. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment. Good communication skills and ability to take direction from supervisors. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Willingness to learn and grow in the construction industry.

Duties: Perform general labor tasks such as demolition, material handling, site clean-up, and assisting skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site. Ensure materials are properly stored and organized. Assist with setting up and preparing job sites, including laying down protective coverings, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring all safety measures are in place. Regularly clean the work area, removing debris, waste, and construction materials, ensuring the site remains safe and tidy. Assist with the proper maintenance and care of tools and equipment, and use basic tools as needed under the supervision of skilled workers. Follow all safety guidelines and ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times. Maintain a safe work environment and report any safety hazards. Occasionally interact with homeowners or clients to ensure they feel comfortable and informed about ongoing work. Be polite, courteous, and professional in all customer-facing situations, representing the companys values of quality and customer service. Always keep the work area clean and be respectful of the clients property. Ensure that any concerns from homeowners are communicated back to the lead contractor in a timely manner.
