St.Dominic's Family Services Community Psychiatric Supports and Treatment Services (CPST) in Blauvelt, New York
THIS POSITION HAS A $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUSCommunity Psychiatric Supports and Treatment Services (CPST) in the Children and Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS) department are goal-directed supports and solution-focused interventions intended to address challenges associated with a behavioral health need and to achieve identified goals or objectives as set forth in the child’s treatment plan. Activities provided under CPST are intended to assist the child/youth and family/caregivers to achieve stability and functional improvement in daily living, personal recovery and/or resilience, family and interpersonal relationships in school and community integration.A master’s degree in social work, psychology, or in related human services, plus one year of applicable experience or who have been certified in an Evidenced Based Practice (in lieu of one-year experience requirement), or a bachelor’s degree and certification in an Evidenced Based Practice or, a bachelor’s degree and three years applicable experience in children’s mental health, addiction, and/or foster care/child welfare/juvenile justice or other related human services field and no certification in an Evidenced Based Practice. Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.Job Type: Part-time
