St.Dominic's Family Services Caregiver/CSAT in Blauvelt, New York
THIS POSITION HAS A $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUSThe Caregiver/Family Supports and Services worker in the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) department enhances the child/youth’s ability regardless of disability (developmental, physical and/or behavioral), to function as part of a caregiver/family unit and enhance the caregiver/family’s ability to care for the child/youth in the home and/or community. The Community Self-Advocacy Training and Support service worker in the HCBS department provides children with developmental, physical and/or behavioral health disabilities with activities that will assist them to integrate in community events.A High school diploma, high school equivalency, or A State Education Commencement Credential (SACC) or Career Development and Occupational Studies Credential (CDOS) is required. 1-year experience working with children/youth in foster care or in a Children’s Mental Health Program or related human service experience, and a valid driver's license is required.
Minimum Salary: 20.32 Maximum Salary: 25.82 Salary Unit: Hourly
