Description
Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic team on-site in Blaine, MN. This role is critical to supporting daily human resources functions, including employee onboarding, payroll administration, benefits coordination, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies. Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation scheduling, completing paperwork, and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization (Source: SG25 US Human Resources.docx).
Payroll and Benefits Support: Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee benefits records, ensuring accuracy and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
Recruitment Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to post job openings and facilitate interview scheduling.
Recordkeeping: Maintain organized and updated employee files in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Policy Communication: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures.
HR Analytics: Track and report on HR metrics such as turnover rates, onboarding success, and employee satisfaction
Compliance: Ensure that company practices align with employment laws and regulations.
Support special HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an HR support or administrative role (1–2 years preferred).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, or HRIS platforms).
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
