Description
Responsible to ensure all maintenance requirements are met. Maintain building systems and utilities ensuring uninterrupted and efficient service to production and the building.
The building consists of chillers, boilers, heat pumps, make up air and exhaust fans, cooling towers, air compressors, steam condensate receivers and traps, pneumatic systems, plumbing, industrial water system, mechanical, fire systems, coolers.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to work requests in a timely manner
Complete work orders accurately and on time using maintenance management software
Respond in support of overall building needs, requests, issues, leaks, temp. adjustments, etc.
Operate and utilize the Building Automation System to maximize energy efficiency and employee comfort
Perform rounds and complete equipment logs accurately following data integrity and good manufacturing procedure
Water treatment and testing
Assist with the responsible ordering of parts/equipment
Emergency on-call response (rotating frequency with team)
Provide data and information on equipment and systems as requested
Source quotes and coordinate work with contractors as needed
Ensure all contractors are compliant with safety program requirements
Respond to emergency power outages following protocol
Perform other duties as assigned
Maintain effective working relationships, take ownership and accountability for self
Maintains personal skill development and awareness in applicable areas of responsibility
Interacts with management, production, and maintenance personnel
Participate on project and safety teams as requested
Strict adherence to safety protocol, PPE, and procedures
Qualifications
Qualifications
MN 2C boiler license and Universal CFC certification
Competent computer skills, Microsoft office suite
Ability to work outside, inside, and on roof
Work autonomously with little direction
Ability to ascend/descend ladders
Ability to work at heights and operate man-lifts
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform work using proper ergonomic and safe methods
-Knowledge of maintenance management software a plus
-Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) a plus
Pay Range:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.50 to $37.50. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
