About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Technology Implementation Consultant. Your role involves working on technology integration projects, assisting with complex system configurations, and supporting clients through various stages of implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intermediate system configurations.

• Assist in moderate data migration and validation tasks.

• Perform structured software testing and defect reporting.

• Provide detailed client training on technology use.

• Prepare and update project documentation.

• Support advanced troubleshooting and resolution processes.

• Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.

• Gather and analyze client requirements for specific configurations.

• Participate in client meetings to discuss project progress.

• Develop and maintain project status reports.

Skills:

• Intermediate System Configuration: Enhanced setup capabilities.

• Data Validation: Skills in verifying data post-migration.

• Detailed Software Testing: Knowledge of testing cycles and defect management.

• Client Communication: Proficient in explaining technical details to clients.

• Advanced Documentation: Improved documentation skills for complex projects.

• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Effective problem identification and solving.

• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Analytical Tools: Proficiency in tools like Excel and SQL for data analysis.
