Lasting Love Homecare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team! As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning individuals
Engage in activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation
Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
Maintain a clean and organized environment for clients
Qualifications:
Previous experience in care-giving or a related field preferred but not required. Willing to train the right individuals.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others
Reliable transportation
Valid Drivers license, and auto insurance
