Working hours: Standard Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and calibrate assigned equipment and follow manufacturing processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health and safety guidelines.

  • Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure timely completion of weekly schedules and maintain adherence to production timelines.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues promptly.

  • Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to different laboratory tasks and areas when necessary.

  • Carry out additional tasks as required to support operational goals.

  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and align with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is preferred but not required as full training will be provided (graduates are encouraged to apply).

  • Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory and document management, or a willingness to learn.

  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve shared objectives.

  • Clear and effective communication skills for sharing information and coordinating with colleagues.

  • Excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail.

  • Proven time management skills, consistently delivering high-quality results within set timeframes.

  • Experience maintaining a high-standard working environment with a focus on cleanliness and safety.

  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks, including manual handling and prolonged periods of standing.

Required Education:

  • GCSEs or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous but not Essential):

  • Degree in a relevant scientific field.

  • Previous experience working in a GMP-compliant or operational environment.
