Working hours: Standard Monday – Friday
Responsibilities:
Maintain and calibrate assigned equipment and follow manufacturing processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure timely completion of weekly schedules and maintain adherence to production timelines.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues promptly.
Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to different laboratory tasks and areas when necessary.
Carry out additional tasks as required to support operational goals.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and align with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is preferred but not required as full training will be provided (graduates are encouraged to apply).
Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory and document management, or a willingness to learn.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve shared objectives.
Clear and effective communication skills for sharing information and coordinating with colleagues.
Excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
Proven time management skills, consistently delivering high-quality results within set timeframes.
Experience maintaining a high-standard working environment with a focus on cleanliness and safety.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks, including manual handling and prolonged periods of standing.
Required Education:
- GCSEs or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous but not Essential):
Degree in a relevant scientific field.
Previous experience working in a GMP-compliant or operational environment.
