- Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Instructional Design at a four-year college or university
- Able to begin internship Summer 2025
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and/or Training
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
Potential Projects
- Process improvement projects in Talent Acquisition and Training
- Conduct research on candidate experience, employer branding, and sourcing/outreach
- Assist in various other Talent or Training areas
