US Tech Solutions Drafter 2 in Birmingham, Alabama
Job Description:
- The Drafter 2 position requires 3 plus years of drafting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for writing “metes and bounds” or “centerline” descriptions for certain assigned projects.
This position supports the survey field crews and office personnel by, but not limited to, researching existing survey and real estate records, contacting local and state agencies for right-of-way information and transmitting completed projects.
Qualifications:
- The primary role of this position is CAD drafting of boundaries, transmission line right-of-way and land tie surveys.
Education:
- An associate’s degree in drafting is preferred.
