Jack Henry Lending is hiring a Client Solutions Consultant to join our Advisory Services organization - providing revenue-based product, technical, and Industry expertise to Financial Institution (FI) clients who use Jack Henry Lending technology solutions.

This position will be a critical member of the Advisory Services Engagements Team (ASET), which leads client-sponsored consulting engagements remotely or onsite, relying heavily on the Team’s seasoned commercial lending experience, knowledge of Credit and Loan Operations, and skill with Jack Henry Lending’s LoanVantage solution. This necessary foundation confidently enables ASET to review each FI’s current loan lifecycle, discovering ways to optimize that process with LoanVantage configuration improvements, additional technology investment, and/or related FI staff training - summarizing notable Findings and Recommendations for more efficient returns on investment.

This position can be based to work out of any Jack Henry office or remote from any U.S. location.

Travel activity is unpredictable, but applicants should expect approximately 20% travel.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Provide LoanVantage expertise and resources to sponsoring Financial Institutions.

  • Monitor forecasts to ensure performance to plan.

  • Identify client needs, articulate findings in the form of product requirements, solution configurations, and proposed recommendations.

  • Conduct on-site and remote customer operational and/or systems analysis resulting in problem identification.

  • Draft findings and recommendations for process improvement.

  • May identify and propose product and service opportunities to fulfill customer’s current or future needs.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of 6 years of recent experience in one-or-both of the following areas:

  • Bank or Credit Union, interacting daily with a Commercial Loan Origination System (LOS) in a role such as System Administrator, Credit Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, or Loan Officer.

  • Financial Technology Provider, working with an LOS in a role such as Business Analyst, Implementation Project Manager, Trainer, or Consultant.

  • Proven work experience related to Commercial Lending.

  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% to attend client events, JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Recent hands-on experience with the LoanVantage product.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of the financial industry.

  • Ability to define system and functional requirements.

  • Ability to analyze current processes and identify recommendations for improvement.

  • Ability to project a positive image to customers.

  • Ability to meet committed deadlines.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
