Our client is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. You will be supporting commercial buildings. The ideal candidate should have experience in HVAC systems, plumbing and maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician
Location: Binghamton, Nueva York
Pay Range: $35-$38
What’s the Job?
Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems across various facilities to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Perform equipment maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts to keep HVAC systems and associated equipment running smoothly.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
5-7 years of experience in facility maintenance and commercial building systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification.
Valid driver’s license.
