Billings School District 2 is seeking a Community Education Outreach Coordinator. Starts December 2, 2024. Schedule: 12-Month; 8 hours per day; Monday - Friday. Wage: $18.43 per hour for 90 work-day probationary period; then $20.48 per hour. Duties: - Greet and assist visitors to the Community Education Office. - Recruit new teachers. - Create program calendar and seasonal course catalogs. There are two each year. - Process orders for needed supplies. - Provide after-hours assistance to the public, adult learners, and instructors. - Attend professional organizations to promote and advance programs. - Oversees website and media promotions. - Work with Executive Director on facility and program needs. - Create and maintain community partnerships for certificate programs. - Assist with enrollment and registration process for adult learners. - Manage registration software program. - Counsel current and prospective students. - Work with Adult Education counselors and teachers for students enrolled in both programs. - Assist with maintaining student files. - Manage fingerprint process. - Help resolve instructor and student conflicts. - Collect fees. - Payroll approval and payroll for Community Education. - Work with the Executive Director on budget and payroll. - Other duties as assigned.
