Strong financial literacy.Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment. MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, e-mail.Experience working within an ISO environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and planning skills.Proven leadership ability and results orientationOutstanding mediating, negotiating, and influencing skillsDemonstrated ability to train, develop, and motivate subordinates.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
