Description
We are seeking a Temporary Junior Accountant to join our client's dynamic team in Beverly Hills. The successful candidate will support our accounting department in various tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to gain valuable experience in the accounting field within a prestigious environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, expense reports, and payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and other documentation as required.
Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the senior accounting staff.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Prior internship or work experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
