Job Title: HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to oversee and manage HVAC sheet metal projects from start to finish. Offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work on prestigious projects. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the field and possess strong layout, drawing, and installation skills.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage HVAC sheet metal projects from start to finish.
Perform layout and drawing using any preferred software (Bluebeam available).
Redesign and draw ductwork for unusual situations, ensuring plans are sent for fabrication.
Supervise and troubleshoot installations on large projects.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate with team members and other trades on-site.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in sheet metal work.
Strong layout and drawing skills.
Ability to read and reinterpret plans.
Experience with Bluebeam or similar software.
Portfolio of previous work (photos required).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
EPA certification.
Experience with high-end custom homes.
Reside within a 45-minute commute to Beverly Hills.
Work history with Prime the person, ACCO, Pacific Rim Mechanical, Christian Brothers, or similar large companies.
Union history.

Work Environment
The work environment involves new construction of large high-end custom homes in Beverly Hills. The job requires physical work in a non-climate controlled environment. The company takes excellent care of their employees. Uniform and PPE, besides boots, will be provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
