Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Beverly Hills, California. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and eager to contribute to a dynamic organization. You will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment campaigns, fostering candidate relationships, and supporting strategic hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to sourcers, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals.

• Supervise and support interns or apprentices as they integrate into the recruitment team.

• Collaborate with sourcing teams to identify and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, fostering strong relationships with both active and passive talent.

• Manage internal recruitment processes, including internal transfers and promotions.

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with external staffing agencies when needed.

• Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract high-caliber talent and enhance the company's reputation in the industry.

• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process.

• Represent the organization at recruitment events, engaging with prospective candidates and sharing insights about available opportunities. Requirements • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other related HR technologies.

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

• Skilled in conducting background checks and managing benefit functions.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

• Familiarity with platforms like CareerBuilder and other recruitment tools.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles within talent acquisition.

• Experience in financial services or similar industries is an advantage. TalentMatch®
