Olsten Staffing is assisting a well-established company in the Bethune SC area in the search for a Direct Hire opportunity as a QA Manager.
Salary:
$92K-$110K based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate quality training for employees to ensure all individuals have the required level of knowledge.
• Implement and ensure adherence to Operations Core Principles.
• Responsible for all aspects of supervision and direction of quality personnel, including safe work practices, conformance to external standards, troubleshooting quality problems, and timely and accurate reporting of quality results, including certificates of analysis.
• Responsible for microbiology testing of product and process and is a resource to minimize risk of noncompliance to microbiology specifications and standards.
• Manages the Quality Management System consistent with Quality Policy and is the management quality representative site.
• Manages internal quality improvement systems, including the internal audit process and investigation of quality incidents.
• Manages third party audits including customers and external agencies, as well as customer surveys and quality system questionnaires.
• Staffing and organizing the department to meet budgetary performance.
• Has direct responsibility and accountability for Quality System Policies and Procedures for Inspection and Testing, Control of Testing, Measuring and Test Equipment, Inspection and Test Status, Control of Nonconforming Products, In-Process and Finished Product Release and Control and Incoming Raw Materials plant-wide
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with 5-7+ years professional quality management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to travel to customers, suppliers or other locations as needed.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $92,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
