Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a Project Manager that will be responsible for managing and directing the implementation of one or more small to medium-scale Customer Experience, Operations, Field Service, Sales, Marketing or Product release projects as assigned by the Director for Project Management Office. The Project Manager will also be directly responsible for managing/overseeing project: scope, cost, schedule, risks/issues, human resources, communications and change requests. Additionally, the Project Manager will coordinate project resources across many business and technology groups ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality projects. The key focus of this position is overall management of all projects across multiple business groups providing delivery of such projects on-time, on-budget with required business functionality.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 60 college credits preferred or equivalent related work experience.
  • Formal project management training/certification (e.g., Project Management Institute- Project Management Professional (PMP)) is preferred
  • Minimum five years of project management responsibility, demonstrating leadership skills and managing technical and non-technical staff, small to medium-scale Projects and financials through various life-cycle phases (cross functional experience highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of cable industry, digital solutions and customer experiences in the development, and implementation of projects, preferably across multiple business groups.
  • Experience with presentation skills to draft professional, formal briefing material
  • Experience coordinating project execution, and communicating succinct project status' with multiple functional groups such as Operations, Product, Marketing, Field Services and Operations teams
  • Ability to interpret data analyses for operational insights and areas of needed improvement
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management. Experience in full project management life cycles with both custom development, operational enhancements and package based application deployments Knowledge of digital solutions, customer care centers (Operations), and customer experiences (e.g. SMS, Messaging, Chatbots, IVR, Verint Voice and Screen recordings, Medallia Surveys, agent metrics and desktop tools, and customer and agent experience) Detailed knowledge and use of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Teams, Smartsheets, and SharePoint Knowledge and use of formal software development lifecycle methodologies, including: Waterfall, and Agile

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New York Stateis $64,260.00- $105,570.00/ year. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in California is $64,260.00-$105,570.00/ year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter. The rates/ranges provided herein are the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and do not reflect future job opportunity.
