We invite you to learn more!Job Responsibilities:The Thermoformer Operator is responsible for the operation and quality of bubble wrap and other similar products produced by the Thermoformer machine.This position requires:Measure and test productIdentify defects in productRead and comprehend work orderAccurately complete andquot;First Off Check Sheetandquot;Produce product to work order specificationsComplete Production data entry accuratelyComplete Quality check sheet after every roll / per required frequencyJob setup or changeover on machine with no supervision following standard work proceduresFamiliar with downstream equipmentClose work orders (remove job packets, placard for partials, remove materials)Identify E-stops and safety sensitive areasPractice safe behavior with regards to equipment and taskAble to resolve technical problems independentlyMust be capable of reading work instructionsMust be able to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-pace environmentMust be willing to cover another shift in the event of a call offMust have a high school diploma or its equivalencyAt least 2 years of machine operation experience, preferably on a Thermoformer or ExtruderThe facility will be 24/7 with rotating 12 hour shifts.
