The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Program Performance Analyst to join our team supporting the Maritime Support Directorate. This role will be an integral contributor to the program management office, executing multiple large Department of Defense (DoD) contracts, providing engineering services and support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) and other US Navy organizations. The employee will work independently on-site with customers supporting various unique and recurring tasks critical to the success of the organization. This analyst will have responsibility for specific team functions while providing a supporting role in others. Tasks range from validating requirements and purchasing to complex reporting and tracking. The project analyst will be expected to progressively accept responsibilities of increasing complexity. They will take on greater responsibility within the team, supporting leadership in achieving program objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking and analyzing program performance metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support contract management, including maintenance of reporting templates for each project, assembly of the report, and editorial proofreading and cleanup of the final versions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and enhance organizational performance while executing and tracking various pieces of organizational information, including contract deliverables, employee training completion, badge processing, internal purchasing, and other mass organization data calls.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business strategy.

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and executive briefings, acting as an editor responsible for validating style, formatting, consistency, and mastery of the final documents.

  • Support the management team in personnel resource allocation and capacity planning.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in program management and execution.

  • Establish processes where none exist and suggest improvements to existing processes where needed.

  • Take ownership of the above tasks while also continuously looking for other tasks or projects to own or support as new ones emerge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Between entry level and 3 years of experience in program analysis, management consulting, or a related field

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with entry-level proficiency in data analysis tools

  • Secret Clearance.

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, business, economics, or finance

  • Strong understanding of basic algebra and comfort working with numbers

  • Experience in writing and editing professional and technical documentation

  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and project management software

  • Knowledge of DoD contracting processes and regulations

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$52,300-$107,200
