We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional preferably with previous experience in a team lead capacity for our client in Bethesda, MD. This role involves overseeing and supporting the Accounts Receivables team and initiatives. Accounting software ERP experience and intermediate Excel skills preferred.
salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Oversee accounts receivable team and support in training new members of team
Monitor and record customer payments
Reconcile accounts and resolve any payment/billing discrepiancies
Generate invoice and statements
Follow up on delinquent accounts
Communicate frequently with customers regarding payment issues
Developing and implementing procedures to increase efficiency as needed
Ensuring compliance with Accounting procedures
