Philips Clinical Marketing Specialist Diagnostic X-Ray in Best, Netherlands

Job Posting Description

We have a unique opportunity for a Clinical Marketing Specialist to join the highly successful Precision Diagnosis business focusing on the Diagnostic X-Ray (DXR) domain. In this role you will guide the clinical part of the product creation process. Customer cooperation worldwide for insight collection up to field monitoring and supervising our solutions over the entire product lifetime.

Your role:

As clinical marketing specialist you have a key role in representing the clinical user in development and introduction of winning propositions for the market of Radiographic solutions, enabling our customers to deliver the best possible patient care at optimal economical value while performing procedures. You’ll be part of an international team of clinical experts in the field of Radiography/Fluoroscopy, Physics and biomedical Engineering. We work together to bring the best clinical insights into our product portfolio and create new solutions.

By working in close alignment with customers and internal stakeholders, you will strive to continuously improve our integral offerings.

  • Participate in development of new functionality. Define and guard the user requirements for the products and solutions and provide ongoing and actionable feedback to continuously improve our offering.

  • Definition of customer requirements (specification), user scenarios, value proposition and clinical claims for the integration of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in the DXR portfolio in close cooperation with the markets and the respective project team.

  • Monitor Products in the field and set up Post Market studies to gather evidence on the performance of our products and its intended use.

  • Develop, together with education specialists, clinical education programs for customers and application specialists on the clinical value and use of our solutions to drive adoption of our offering in the field.

  • Deliver content for marketing materials and training materials for sales, related to the clinical value proposition and utilization of our DXR products.

  • Deliver customer product demonstrations at tradeshows and during customer visits.

You're the right fit if:

  • Education as a radiographer/radiological technologist (MBRT) , a degree in the field of medical technology or comparable is a plus

  • 3 to 8 years experience relevant clinical work experience in radiography domain in a hospital or healthcare industry

  • Good hands-on clinical knowledge allowing to understand customer needs and value drivers in the healthcare imaging domain

  • Strong analytical skills to be able to synthesize market & customer feedback into insights helping improve our offering and clinical adoption

  • Ability to deliver in a complex environment (high-end technology, highly professional customers, and global scope)

  • Hands on person with ability to think creatively and pragmatically

  • English fluency
