Philips Business Capability Expert IGT-D in Best, Netherlands

As a Business Capability Expert at IGT-D Philips, you play a key role in the creation, deployment, and maturing of capabilities necessary to stay successful in a rapidly transforming world.

  • You will be one of the Business Capability Experts in the IGT-D Process System Excellence(PSE) team.

  • You will work closely together with other members in the PSE and functions.

  • You represent IGT-D in Philips centrally lead initiatives.

  • You will help realizing the IGT-D departments/functions to realize their strategic objectives and strategic plan.

Your role:

  • Support the IGT-D service and commercial business in realizing its strategic objectives and improving its business.

  • Support and create comprehensive E2E Business Capability Roadmap.

  • Discover and recommend business improvement opportunities, articulate impact and create business case.

  • Co-create and support the design, build and deployment of new capabilities (process, tool, people, data) for elements in the entire IGTD Service and commercial domain, ranging from commercial offerings to service fulfillment, installed base management to the financials. This may include creation of process flows, requirements, work instructions and training materials, as well as demoing/testing new innovations or supporting our quality department for validation and quality management system transfer.

  • Interact, and collaborate with stakeholders in the PSEs, markets, business, and supporting functions like IT, Centers of Excellence to ensure capabilities are well designed, deployed, and adopted in line with the business’s needs and business cases.

  • Create real value through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of processes, solutions, and best practices in our markets and businesses.

  • Build and operate a strong network of stakeholders, subject matter experts, and peers in Regions, Businesses, PSEs, and other functions.

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimal 7 years of international experience in the service business domain.

  • Pragmatic business acumen, and demonstrated quality and compliance mindset in a regulated medical device environment.

  • Driven by a strong external focus understanding the industry, business and market dynamics.

  • Self-starter who takes initiative, values impact over effort, puts ‘’the greater good’’ above self and is willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic and changing organization.

  • Hands-on experience and technical affinity with current IT platforms like CRM (eg Salesforce.com), Configure Price Quote (CPQ – eg Apttus), Service Max or SAP.

  • Knowledge of Lean and process design and optimization.

  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate, influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, experts, and peers at different levels.

  • Have an intrinsic curiosity to expand knowledge of processes and systems to improve overall performance.

  • Experience in Healthcare Business and preferably the device business.

  • Master’s degree by education or work experience.

  • Fluent in English speaking and writing, other international languages preferred.
