Are you a highly motivated individual with a keen eye for detail? We're seeking Quality Control Technicians to ensure the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes. Here's what you need to know:
Position Purpose:
As a Quality Control Technician, your primary responsibility is to conduct inspections of materials and products throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and documented standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize metrology equipment to perform precise measurements.
Follow Process Instructions (PI) to verify accuracy of measurements across multiple departments.
Conduct First Article inspections using blueprint drawings.
Collaborate with the Quality Department Manager to enhance quality processes and address discrepancies.
Report any deviations from tolerances during in-process inspections.
Complete auditing tasks in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
Adhere to safety procedures at all times.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skillset Necessary:
High school diploma or GED required.
Preferably at least one year of experience in quality control.
Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
Basic computer skills for data entry.
Familiarity with measurement equipment and techniques.
Ability to interpret blueprints is a plus.
Knowledge of metrology tools and GD&T is preferred.
Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and ISO standards is advantageous.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Combination of office and production environment with varying physical demands.
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, with teamwork.
Utilization of eye-hand coordination and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to move between departments and buildings for collaboration.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
