Manufacturing Cell Culture Technician Job Duties:
**Working in manufacturing clinical team
**Solution prep: Chemical weighing, Solution/media/buffer preparation
**Cell culture/Cell expansion: bioreactor run monitoring, Bioreactor sample taking
**Cell Purification: Perform harvest clarification system and .operate affinity chromatography, automation
**Use of SAP
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in the Sciences and at least two years of experience with cell culture within a pharmaceutical /manufacturing company
**Biotech, GMP, GLP, GDP Certifications are a plus.
**Experience with documentation, sample handling, automation and cGMPs etc. for all phases of product life cycle.
**Experienced in operation of thermo SUM, 200L and 2000 bioreactors, Akta ready XL, Akta ready gradient, and Akta ready Flux XL
**Experience with SAP, Delta V, business IT.
