Description We are inviting applications for the role of Chief of Staff and Board Affairs, based in Berkeley, California. Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process and handle administrative tasks using ADP - Financial Services.
• Supervise and maintain the CRM system to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate the Kronos Timekeeping System efficiently.
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings using Cisco Webex Meetings.
• Ensure clear and effective communication both within and outside the organization.
• Handle correspondence and manage conference calls effectively.
• Utilize the 'About Time' tool for efficient time tracking and management.
• Assist in administrative duties and tasks as required.
• Use Concur for managing expenses and reports.
• Ensure efficient customer service by resolving inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records. Requirements • Proven experience in ADP - Financial Services, demonstrating the ability to manage and oversee financial operations in a non-profit setting.
• Proficiency in Cisco Webex Meetings, showcasing the ability to conduct, organize, and manage virtual meetings effectively.
• Skilled in using Concur for travel and expense management, ensuring efficient and accurate financial reporting.
• CRM expertise, reflecting the capacity to manage relationships with various stakeholders including donors, volunteers, and board members.
• Familiarity with Kronos Timekeeping System, demonstrating the ability to manage staff schedules and track working hours accurately.
• Knowledge of About Time software, indicating the ability to manage and optimize workflow in a non-profit organization.
• Proven ability in Calendar Management, showcasing the ability to organize, schedule, and keep track of various events, meetings, and activities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, reflecting the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders including staff, board members, donors, and volunteers.
• Experience in managing conference calls, indicating the capacity to facilitate effective communication among various participants.
• Proficiency in drafting and managing correspondence, showcasing the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
