The in-club product team builds digital products to enhance the experience of our associates and empowers them to make good decisions and focus on member’s needs.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and development of tools for Realtime reporting, Insights and directed work assignments. You will work with a talented team of engineers, data scientists and designers to build and launch an AI-powered insights generation and notification model. The goal is to transform how the clubs plan, track and pivot by streamlining and automating planning and execution, proactively tracking and notifying and offering valuable insights to help pivot as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmap, align business and technical needs, analyze user and product data, turn insights into actionable projects, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks

  • Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying opportunities, building business cases, and approving goals

  • Building collaborative relationships with important partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining support from executive leadership

  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business goals and user needs

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
