The Caseworker works under the direct supervision of the County Registered Nurse and provides the necessary day-to-day supervision of Personal Care Assistants (PCA), which includes paperwork for hiring, scheduling and assuring that PCA abides within agency/state/federal law compliance. The Caseworker reviews PCA Electronic Visit Verifications for accuracy, timeliness, plan of care compliance and submits work record to payroll department for processing. The Caseworker reviews the client service plans of care with the Registered Nurse, assuring task and time frequency is delivered.AGENCY EXPECTATION OF EMPLOYEE:1. WORKING ENVIRONMENT:Working environment is primarily working in an office setting, with some travel to the client's home required in all types of weather
