Jobübersicht
Die Beschaffungsprozessteams von TE Connectivity entwickeln und verwenden Beschaffungsprozesse, -systeme, Berichtswesen und Audit Compliance. Sie fördern die fortlaufende Verbesserung der gesamten Beschaffungsabteilung, sie entwickeln und pflegen Beschaffungssysteme, Hilfsmittel und Datenbanken wie beispielsweise Lieferanten-Stammdateien, das e-Procurement Angebotstool, die Beschaffungswebseite, das Lieferantenportal, den SharePoint und dergleichen. Sie führen regelmäßig externe Leistungsvergleiche durch, um auf dem neuesten Stand der Beschaffungspraktiken zu bleiben, sie erstellen Beschaffungsberichte und führen Analysen zur Ermittlung von Trends, Möglichkeiten, Gefahren und erforderlichen Kurskorrekturen durch und leiten die Förderung von Beschaffungsschulungen und -entwicklung.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Sie verantworten die Abwicklung und Leitung der Initiative „Trainingsakademie des Einkaufes“ – Trainingsplattform für das Einkaufsteam
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einkaufs-Schulungsmatrix
Unterstützung der Einkaufs Supportteams bei Kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen Projekten
Unterstützung der TEOA-Initiativen – TE Interne Initiative zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen
Betreuung des Automotive EMEA Procurement Sharepoints
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
Bachelorabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieur oder BWL oder ähnlichen Bereichen
Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf
Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Einkauf sowie im Aufsetzen von Schulungen sind von Vorteil
Grundkenntnisse der Kaizen-Methodik sind wünschenswert
Kenntnisse in SAP, MS Office, Sharepoint, LMS-Systemen sind von Vorteil
Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie selbständiger Arbeitsstil
Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
