The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients/residents, visitors and staff in compliance with all nursing center policies and procedures and government regulations. Position HighlightsDevelop and assign work schedules for housekeeping and laundry department personnel.Order supplies necessary to effectively and efficiently perform housekeeping and laundry functions.Hire/orient new housekeeping and laundry staff and review/evaluate their performance.Inspect the nursing center on a regular basis to determine the effectiveness of the housekeeping function.Ensure that all equipment is maintained in proper working condition.
