Adecco US, Inc. First Cook in Bennington, Vermont

Adecco is hiring immediately for First Cooks at a local client in Bennington, VT. First Cooks do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with starting pay at $21.45/hr., plus available overtime. As a First Cook, you will prepare and serve meals, assist in menu planning and recipe development, utilize standard metric recipes, and test products and tasting panel.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' previous culinary experience preferred

  • Knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe

  • food handling required

  • Demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, and food cost controls, and presentation required

  • Ability to prepare and cook all food groups

  • Effective communication skills

  • Great attention to detail in all areas of work

  • Ability to follow all health and sanitation guidelines

Shift Schedule:

  • Wednesday-Sunday 11:00am-7:30pm

Pay Details: $21.45 per hour
