Oracle Technical Manager in BENGALURU, India
Job Description
Total of 10 + years of relevant IT experience with 6 + years in Oracle product/technology stack based implementations
Role is a billable manager. KPI’s will include project architecture/development, people oriented, organizational & project financial indicators.
Experience in solutioning and managing at least 3 Oracle cloud based implementation projects – PaaS4SaaS Extensions/ Integrations is mandatory
Product expertise in Oracle product family –VBCS/OIC/ Java/JavaScript expertise would be mandatory.
Drive Solution Architecture for customer requirements with estimation
Conversant with Oracle related technologies and Oracle cloud services
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure compliance and drive innovation within the organization.
Enhance cloud services and establish operational excellence.
Set the technical direction for the team.
Coach, mentor, and develop the best talent.
Resource management exp with team size 20+ Define strategy, conduct architecture and design review to provide guidance and Quality assurance around best practices and frameworks
Domain / Industry experience in any vertical
Career Level - M2
Responsibilities
Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Ensure that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Responsible for operational metrics and overall business results for area of responsibility. Provides coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Typically manages individual contributors. Demonstrates multiple business process expertise within one product family or technology solutions architect and design expertise for one technology product and understand cross stack impacts.
