As part of the Imaging Cyber Security team, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing and implementing security systems to ensure security/safety of GE Healthcare medical devices and the ecosystem they operate in.
Prevention of breach of IP Security and Cyber-attacks are the focal areas.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure.
Provide technical leadership to an agile team
Collaborate with product owner and architect to understand requirements and user stories related to Cyber security components.
Drive increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse
Implement security control across the technology stack to meet security and compliance requirements for IaaS, Paas, and SaaS
Developing and deploying Encryption, Key Management and Identity and Access Management solutions.
Ensure code quality, test coverage and adherence to different quality metrics
With a platform mindset, ensure the implementation results in a reusable software asset across Imaging modalities
Attention to details, ensure the non-functional requirements are considered in implementation and test
Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
Bring rigor in software development, follow TDD/BDD ways of development
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development
Hands on experience in software development covering full stack (Core Java, REST, Java/Node, HTML5, Angular8).
Experience using tools like Eclipse, Git, Maven/Ant and Bamboo or Jenkins
Experience with unit testing using JUnit and mock frameworks.
Experience in Agile development practices: Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Scrum.
Experience in MicroServices using RESTful frameworks
Clear communicator with strong written and oral communication skills
Self-starter, problem solver, results oriented and ability to multi-task
Experience in Healthcare domain
