Description
Amazon’s IN Seller Flex team is looking for an experienced professional to help us continue with the Seller Flex Charter.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to execute a vision, and the capability to manage operational efficiencies. A successful candidate in this role will be entrepreneurial, skilled in handling large volumes of data to derive insights that contribute to business strategy, and passionate about e-commerce and reading. This role requires coordination across various stakeholder teams to plan and execute multiple programs. You will be customer-focused, entrepreneurial, a proven self-starter, and have the demonstrated ability to invent.
Key job responsibilities
Within this Program Manager role, you will:
Drive the Program Excellence charter across stores where Seller Flex is operational.
Anchor QBRs, OP1/OP2, and strategy documents to be reviewed for IN leadership.
Work closely with leaders across the 3P organization, locally and globally, to ensure the continued development of new services and product offerings.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
5+ years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience
