Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Sr Accounting Operations Analyst – Shared Services in Bengaluru, India

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to improve our payroll and financial processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, ensuring adherence to financial policies, and delivering actionable insights to optimize our operations.
A typical day might include the following:
Gather, analyze, and interpret payroll and accounting data to identify trends and discrepancies.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with Regeneron's policies and regulatory standards.
Produce detailed reports on financial statements, compensation trends, and financial forecasts.
Aid in accounting close and payroll processing through data validation, error troubleshooting, and ensuring timely payments.
Work collaboratively with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate records.
Assist in balancing accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Build dashboards and reports to offer management insights into payroll and financial metrics.
Maintain data integrity by optimizing data collection and storage processes.
Provide vital payroll and accounting data to support audits.
This job might be for you if you:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Proven 5 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with payroll systems like ADP, Workday, or SAP is helpful.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Capability to handle large datasets and automate reporting processes using scripting languages like Python or R.
Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience in finance or HR analytics.
Knowledge of tax laws, payroll deductions, and compliance regulations.
