About Business Unit:

Open HCI is primarily focused on Hyper Converged infra. Totally driven through Software stack. Our focus would be primarily on Management & Orchestration, the product we are developing will be simplifying the way Data center can perform certain key activity like deployment, Monitoring & Alerting. The product has started getting wide acceptance from user community and more features and customer usability changes are needed. As part of this exhaustive changes, we are keen to add excellent engineers with background on Infrastructure Automation & Infrastructure services.

We are interested in individuals who have strong software engineering fundamentals (OO design, unit testing) as well as hands-on highly scalable distributed systems across the full software lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support). We are looking for developers who are hands-on and willing to resolve tough problems and will be part of a team building the next-generation platform.We love people who are exploring new areas, learn quickly, and apply their skills to challenging design issues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Participates in analysis of software/storage requirements and specifications Participates in the creation of technical and/or user documentation, as needed Develops, tests and integrates code for new or existing software.

  • Provides sustaining or maintenance support to existing software/storage environment Follows source code revision control

  • Clearly communicates project issues and status

  • Provides constructive and responsive customer service to business partners Accurately logs project schedule, defects, and other data into the appropriate databases

Essential Requirements:

  • Core Java, OOPS Concepts, J2EE(JSP/Servlets)

  • Experience in Spring Core, Spring MVC, JPA, Hibernate(ORM)

  • JavaScript (Ajax and JQuery)

  • Good knowledge in SOA/Microservices

  • SQL Scripting

  • AngularJS

  • Experience with Version Control systems

  • Good software development knowledge in Java - at least 2 years in Java/J2EE technologies

  • Good software design and solution knowledge (Design Patterns is a Plus).

  • Should have a good hold on Best Practices.

  • Should have experience in SOA concepts (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XSD, XML parsing) and web services client/service development

  • Should have knowledge /hands-on experience with spring, Hibernate/iBatis framework, Spring Data JPA. (Spring Integration, Spring Data-RS, is a Plus)

  • Knowledge in front end technologies (Ajax, JQuery), Angular JS, Twitter Bootstrap.

  • Experience with SQL, relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle

  • Experience using modern build tools such as Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, etc. a plus.

  • Agile – XP(TDD, pair programming)


3-5 Years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Education: BE, B Tech (any stream), M. Sc (Electronics, Computer Science), M.C.A
