Job Description
Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it a world class engineering center with the focus on excellence.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and driving data-driven decisions to support business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, advanced technical skills, and a proven track record of delivering valuable insights to stakeholders. You will collaborate on data quality conditions and monitoring with domain business subject matter experts.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead data analysis projects from start to finish, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
Utilize advanced statistical and data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights and trends from large datasets.
Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and predictive analytics to support business forecasting, optimization, and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify data needs, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Design and create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings and trends effectively to stakeholders.
Conduct root cause analysis, identify patterns, and propose solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data sources.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior data analysts, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Evaluate needs and opportunities for Automation and transform ideas into implemented solutions.
Support and maintain existing Python scripts and develop new scripts for automation of repetitive tasks and workflows.
Close collaboration with various business stakeholders for fulfilling the reporting and analytical needs.
