ANALYTICS AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (AIM)
Citi AIM was established in 2003 and is located across multiple cities in India – Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune and Mumbai. It is a global community that objectively connects and analyzes information, to create actionable intelligence for our business leaders. It identifies fact-based opportunities for revenue growth in partnership with the businesses. The function balances customer needs, business strategy, and profit objectives using best in class and relevant analytics methodologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
MIS reporting and visualization:
Best practices led intermediate - complex analysis for creating insightful reports using Tableau as per project objective
Efficient logic development, testing, and execution of the project
Able to work in a highly agile environment and able to quickly pivot based on requirement changes
Data Transformation:
Manipulate, aggregate and transform data extracted from multiple data sources
Sharing of results:
Expected to generate relevant insights and help maintain decks for leadership presentation
Quick synthesis of the analysis results
Domain Knowledge:
Develop an understanding of the domain / business and build expertise in their area
Document details and create standardized use cases for FAQs and process documents
Teamwork:
Manage partner expectations and manage delivery with complete accuracy and on time delivery
Other responsibilities:
Data driven solutions, models, insights and work on time challenging, critical releases
Audit ready and documented quality checks
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
MUST HAVE
Bachelors or Masters degree with 4 + years of experience in data analytics and Banking / Financials services support project for at least 1 year
2 - 3 years Tableau (including server too) hands-on experience, should be comfortable with advanced techniques and logic
Should be comfortable preparing wireframes and dashboard designs
Experienced in SQL and querying data from databases
Experience working with large and multiple datasets, data warehouses and ability to query / transform data. Working experience in Python / R
Worked on JIRA, bitbucket and other process management interfaces
PREFERRED
Working experience in Hive, Impala
Worked in BFSI sector and must have industry knowledge
