- This role involves providing crucial support for sales activities related to SI RAM customers in the USA.
You’ll win us over by:
Candidates with a background in BCom/MCom/BE/BTech/MBA or equivalent, along with strong academic performance, are encouraged to apply.
Excellent Communication: Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with an advantage if you’ve worked with US customers.
Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales functions, including bid support and Pre-Sales activities (such as assisting in pre-bid/RFP/RFI processes). Familiarity with techno-commercial terms, documentation, and sales processes is essential.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet quick turnaround times and KPIs.
Office Tools: Proficiency in various office tools like Excel and PowerPoint, with regular reporting to stakeholders.
Team Player: A good team player who is also a quick learner and can handle extended/deadline-based tasks.
Flexible Work Hours: Willingness to work in US time zones.
Basic Knowledge of Tools: Familiarity with tools such as SAP, SieSales (Salesforce), Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI would be advantageous (https://resources.workable.com/sales-support-specialist-job-description) .
