Quality Manager

Our Order Management team takes charge of the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers. We verify and review the accuracy of online and offline orders and determine the appropriate method of order processing to support the needs of the business.

What you’ll achieve

As a Manager 1, Order Management , you will be responsible for managing a multi-site Quality team in order to support Dell EMEA region. You will work with several departments in the Order to Cash (OTC) cycle like credit, order management, invoicing, collections and customer care. The top goal on this position is to understand the driving factors of process variability and implement action plans along side with key stakeholders in order reduce mitigate issues, improve SLA and scale the business.

You will:

  • Manage quality performance at regional, site and team level.

  • Interact with OTC leaders in order to drive up-stream processes improvements collaboratively.

  • Use data-based decision model in order to identity opportunities for process simplification and automation.

  • Interact with other Quality Managers world-wide in order to share best practices and drive process harmonization.

  • Evaluate Quality team effectives, development and training needs and provide support for direct reports.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of 6-8 years relevant experience with previous management experience

  • Operations mind-set

  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge – Green Belt certified/ Black Belt certified & PMP Certification

  • Good Interpersonal skills and Data driven / action oriented / drive for results

Desirable Requirements

  • Sales / Customer Care / Quality / Process Engineering previous experience

  • German, French, Arabic or Russian language
