We are looking for a high performing, motivated program manager (with strong analytical capabilities) to join our Marketplace Trust team as Sr. Program Manager.

Are you interested in helping Amazon ensure that customers have a complaint free purchase experience and they receive authentic products in the condition and functionality as expected? Amazon is inventing on behalf of customers is focused on building an extensive marketplace trust protection program. We design and implement policies, tools and technology innovations to protect the buying experience on Amazon while minimizing friction for sellers. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who will help engage with stakeholder teams to eliminate violations and ensure that customers can buy with confidence on Amazon India. In this role, you will be tasked driving parity with our team’s programs and initiatives for Amazon India, as well as ensuring that unique local issues are quickly identified and addressed. You will maintain close ties to our business and operations teams, and have responsibility for tracking and delivering on a number of high-visibility goals. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of policies, processes and tools to address product quality challenges in collaboration with teams across Amazon. This is an opportunity that requires a critical thinker with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. At the core of the position is passion for protecting Amazon’s reputation and the customer experience and trust.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience building relationships with internal and external teams, and the ability to deliver results. The person must be flexible and action-oriented, capable of dealing with ambiguity, have strong analytical skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key job responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with program & product stakeholder teams

• Deep dive on reasons for customer trust issues across workflows and engage with stakeholder teams to correct for these upstream where relevant

• Develop playbooks on best practices based on category nuances, WW best practices and any IN specific pilots

• Develop creative methods and process for improving core metrics based on process improvement findings

• Accelerate adoption of new program features to improve customer experience

• Building out a scalable program status/tracking infrastructure that provides granular detail on overall program performance, risks and opportunities

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Experience managing teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
