What you’ll achieve

As a Network & Data Strategy Sr. Advisor, you will have the opportunity to contribute, lead & execute projects on digital strategy, supply chain design, network optimization , data solutions & process improvements for Global Logistics, as well as drive Innovation & Digital Adoption across Dell's Fulfillment & Logistics Network. Working as a team, you will aid senior executives to drive key network & operational decisions.

Essential Requirements

You are expected to provide analytical rigor and produce fact-based reports and analyses to support decision making. The role requires:

  • MBA in Operations , Supply Chain , Strategy or similar from Top Tier Institution.

  • 5 years of relevant analytics, operations and / or supply chain experience with Bachelor's in Quantitative Field (Statistics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Economics.) from a Top Tier Institution

  • Willing to be part of global team, being self-reliant and capable of both independent work and as member of a team

  • Strong personal initiative and good judgment; desire to succeed in a demanding environment

  • Developing digital and data analytics strategies to reduce supply chain inefficiencies and transform operational performance

  • Comfort with a fast-paced dynamic environment and ability to carry out detailed and accurate data analysis on a consistent basis

  • Excellent communication/presentation and synthesizing skills (both written and verbal)

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in the Supply Chain Function

  • Demonstrated hypothesis-driven problem-solving orientation with ability to create structured quantitative and qualitative analyses
