We are looking for an enthusiastic Oracle Technical Consultant with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on developing, implementing, and supporting Oracle solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
Design, develop, and customize solutions using Oracle tools and technologies.
Work on integration projects involving Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, or EBS applications.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues effectively.
Document technical designs, solutions, and processes to ensure project alignment and knowledge sharing.
Provide post-implementation technical support and participate in system upgrades.
Skills and Expertise:
Candidates should have expertise in at least one or more of the following areas:
Databases: SQL, PL/SQL
Programming Languages: Java, Python
Oracle Development Tools: APEX (Application Express), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
Cloud Applications: Oracle HCM Cloud
ERP Solutions: PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in Oracle development, implementation, or support.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Oracle Fusion Applications or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Relevant Oracle certifications.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
