Aston Carter Technical Sourcer (Onsite) in Bellevue, Washington
One of the largest tech companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring two fully-onsite Technical Sourcers!
Location:
100% onsite in Bellevue
Job Description:
We are seeking technical sourcers who will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The role also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, source, check references, interview potential candidates, make job offers, conduct orientation for new hires, etc.
Partner with team members to understand hiring needs.
Attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles.
Manage and track all candidate information, consolidate and analyze results, and make recommendations for improvements.
Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews, metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
Administer end-to-end process tasks including headcount-related administrative tasks, requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, securing interviewers, and providing hiring updates to key stakeholders.
Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives such as pilots and process improvement projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
4-5+ years of technical recruiting experience
Experience in recruiting technical positions
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
