Job Description Cybersecurity Threat Response Remediation Team Members are responsible for addressing and mitigating security vulnerabilities within T-Mobile applications, systems and network. This role involves analyzing security incidents, identifying the root causes of vulnerabilities, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents. Remediation analysts work closely with other cybersecurity professionals to develop and enforce security policies and procedures. They also work cross organizationally with different facets of the business to drive security improvements. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role. Additionally, effective communication skills are crucial for explaining complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders and ensuring that remediation efforts are understood and implemented across the organization. What It's Like Our team consists of cybersecurity engineers and project managers who focus on implementing fixes and identifying opportunities to enhance security. We initiate projects with various teams across T-Mobile. What sets this team apart is our approach to not only address immediate issues but also to look at the bigger picture, identifying root causes and resolving problems at their source. What You'll Do As a member of this team, you will collaborate with cybersecurity professionals and internal partners to understand their business operations, identify how they should function, and implement changes that enhance T-Mobile's security with minimal business disruption. Engaging easily and efficiently with business partners is critical, the primary project for this candidate is to support the creation of a landing page and identify metrics that highlight team successes and areas for improvement.
