T-Mobile's Senior Studio Manager) oversees project management of all communications within T-Studios in-house production dept, including planning/resourcing of projects, creative development, reviews/approvals and delivery/execution of projects. Responsibilities Manage and guide communications projects within T-Studios that are developed for internal employees and external customers. End-to-end project management activities within T-Studios include initial planning/resourcing, leading kick-off meetings, communicating with the partners, managing timelines, reviews/approvals and facilitating the delivery/execution of projects. Build and maintain positive partner relationships with collaboration, negotiation, and consistent open lines of communication. Manage and guide process improvements to overall studio management process within the studio. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar) (preferred) * 4-7 Years Project Management: Working with advertising and marketing communication policies and procedures. * 4-7 Years Account Management: In multiple areas of marketing communications. * Advertising & Marketing Communications Account, Project and Program Management * Teamwork, internal communications, problem solving * Ability to discuss and present group projects * Familiarity with workflow programs such as Workfront. * Ability to work with multiple projects and their deadlines. * Ability to work with all levels of internal stakeholders from production artist to VP. Travel: Occasional (Domestic/Overnight) * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Base Pay Range: $88,900 - $160,400 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
