Job Overview The Sr. Specialist, ESOC Monitors and reacts to real-time incidents, system activities, reports, and contingency situations to mitigate risk and ensure T-Mobile's ability to conduct business in a safe, secure and productive environment. Ensures events and other information is properly triaged, processed, and disseminated to the appropriate business partners. Coordinates and schedules work for security systems processing, monitors and ensures work is performed and equipment utilized in a timely and efficient manner. Reviews and processes incoming reports, work orders and other field requests. Effectively prioritizes notification and communication procedures with consideration to work-flow and information distribution requirements. The Sr. Specialist, ESOC acts as a coach and mentors ESOC Specialists and may be called upon to coordinate escalated events and security concerns. * This shift is Monday-Thursday 12:00PM-10:00PM * Job Responsibilities: Provide Enterprise wide customer support via phone and email as it pertains to security and safety issues at all T-Mobile and MetroPCS by T-Mobile locations. Process customer service requests for in the areas of access control, CCTV, and other facilities and retail security equipment. Provide first line workplace violence response through notifications, processing reports, and support subsequent actions as directed by the Workplace Violence Team and ECR Legal. Coordinate escalated and high-impact events. Process and support field asset protection efforts to mitigate risk and ensure safety at retail locations. Provide mentoring and direction to less experienced Security Analysts in the absence of or in coordination with management. Qualifications: HS Diploma 2+ years work experience in security operations. 2+ years experience working with security-centric computer systems and related software. 2+ years work experience in general call-center, operations, customer care or related in-bound call environment. Experience in Security operations preferred. Experience in event triage & emergency response procedures & processes preferred. Mentoring/coaching skills preferred * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Base Pay Range: $19.97 - $36.03 Corporate Bonus Target: 5% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
